OCTOBER ELK COMBO HUNT:
|
Fly into the largest designated wilderness area in the lower 48 states for an eight-day combo elk, mule deer, bear and mountain lion hunt. It's an either sex elk hunt, but we consistently take mature 5 and 6 point bulls, and they should still be bugling! The mule deer are heavy horned and you need to be disciplined to wait for the trophy you want. Bears are common and we kill big ones every year. Mountain lions can be tough on this type of hunt, but we have taken a few on past hunts. This is the land of no cell phones, fax, ATV's or cars. Be prepared to leave work behind and have the time of your life. Elk tags for this hunt are guaranteed over the counter.
